Yomar Alamo versus Jesus Alberto Beltran breakdown

This is a decent fight for Alamo after being out the ring for so long however it’s one I expect him to win.

Yomar Alamo fights on the back foot generally and is a decent boxer though not a huge puncher. He’s got 19 fights so does have some experience and is currently 18-0-1.

Jesus Alberto Beltran is 17-3-2 with 10 knockouts and is likely to be the fighter on the front foot in this fight. He’s got respectable power though his technical skills aren’t great.

Jesus Alberto Beltran

I think Yomar Alamo will win a decision boxing off the back foot because hes better technically and has been more active while Beltran hasn’t fought for over 14 months.

Claressa Shields versus Marie Eve Dicaire breakdown

This is an excellent fight though one which could still be fairly one sided. Claressa Shields is one of the best women fighters on the planet and if she wins this fight will have become undisputed in two weight classes. Dicaire is 17-0 but hasn’t faced the same level of competition as Claressa Shields has.

Claressa Shields is technically better though may struggle a little bit as Dicaire is an experienced southpaw and Shields hasn’t faced many good southpaws. Shields surprisingly has more power as Dicaire is feather fisted and as far as I can tell hasn’t even scored a knockdown much less stopped someone.

Marie Eve Dicaire

I think Claressa Shields will win a decision due to being better technically and also having faced the better competition.

Estelle Yoka Mossely vs Verena Kaiser breakdown

This should be a very competitive fight because Kaiser is a decent fighter and while Mossely is very hyped up I personally don’t think shes a great fighter. I think skill wise they aren’t that far apart and Kaiser also probably has more power.

Verena Kaiser

I think Verena Kaiser will win a decision due to having more experience in the pro’s and also having more power. I think Mossely looks beatable and if not Kaiser someone will beat her soon.

Tony Yoka vs Joel Tambwe Djeko breakdown

This isn’t a terrible fight though Tony Yoka should be a big favorite in this fight. Tony Yoka won gold at the 2016 Olympic games and has progressed decently in the pro’s so far. Joel Tambwe Djeko is a decent cruiser weight who has moved up to Heavyweight for this fight. The Vacant EBU European Union Heavyweight title will be on the line over twelve rounds.

Joel Tambwe Djeko

I think Tony Yoka will win by knockout because hes the much bigger more powerful fighter who is a well established heavyweight. If Djeko can get on the inside and make it rough then he could have a chance as Yoka sometimes tires and seems to hold a lot when someone gets close to him.

Justin Frost vs Waylon Law 3 breakdown

This is the third fight between Frost and Law in what is a series currently tied at 1-1. We’ve seen two all action back and forth fights and I expect the same in the third fight.

Waylon Law

I think it’s hard to predict a winner in this fight as both of the first two fights were so close and this one could go either way. They are fairly evenly matched on almost everything so i’m going to predict this fight will be a draw where we see a fourth fight. They are made to fight each other and we could easily see five or six fights depending on if the judges keep giving close fights to each fighter.

Liam Paro versus Terry Tzouramanis breakdown

This isn’t a bad fight however its one I favor Paro to win for a number of reasons.

Liam Paro is 19-0 with 12 knockouts and has faced a decent level of competition. He’s decent fundamentally and at 24 is clearly in his prime. He also has respectable power while Tzouramanis has no power at all.

Terry Tzouramanis

I think Liam Paro will win by knockout because he’s younger, has more power and is technically better. Tzouramanis is 35 and only has 3 knockout wins in 30 fights.

John Vera vs Cleotis Pendarvis breakdown

This isn’t a terrible comeback fight for Vera who hasn’t fought for over a year after picking up a good win last time out. John Vera is a potential top twenty middleweight if he can stay active while Pendarvis is a journeyman at this stage of his career and hasn’t won a fight since 2017.

John Vera isn’t a great technician though has respectable power which isn’t shown on his record. He’s also durable and willing to get gritty even in a fight he’s clearly losing.

Cleotis Pendarvis isn’t a bad fighter but he’s on a bad run at the moment and may be over the hill and unmotivated at this stage of his career. He hasn’t won a fight since 2017 and has never been much more than a domestic gatekeeper for prospects.

Cleotis Pendarvis

I expect John Vera to win by stoppage due to being more motivated and still having the will to dig deep and win. He’s also got more power and is slightly better technically.

Antonio Williams vs Ignacio Perrin breakdown

This isn’t a terrible fight as Perrin is an Olympian and Williams is an up and coming prospect.

Antonio Williams had a respectable domestic amateur career before turning pro and amassing a pro record of 13-0-1 with six knockouts. He’s decent fundamentally but lacks power and certainly isn’t the best technical boxer yet. He has faced decent competition for his first 14 fights but not anything out of the ordinary.

Ignacio Perrin was a decent amateur who went to the 2016 Olympic games but hasn’t performed very well as a pro and at 36 is clearly on the decline. His defence isn’t great and he doesn’t have the reaction speeds or power to keep up with the young fighters he faces.

Ignacio Perrin

I think Antonio Williams will win by decision due to being younger and also slightly technically better though its fairly close.

Steve Geffrard vs Denis Grachev breakdown

This should be a fairly easy fight for Steve Geffrard who is having his first fight since 2018. He has a record of 17-2 but has won 17 fights in a row after losing his first two pro fights following a good amateur career. Denis Grachev is coming towards the end of his career and has become a journeyman for boxers who need rounds before bigger fights.

Steve Geffrard has a respectable jab and right hand which he tries to land as a counter constantly. From the limited footage I’ve seen his defence isn’t great but it shouldn’t matter in this fight.

Denis Grachev used to be a good fighter who was better than his record suggested but at this point hes just a durable guy who can give fighters rounds. He’s tough and has a few veteran tricks which help him get through fights but I do think he’ll likely be stopped if he keeps taking on contenders that need experience.

Denis Grachev

I think Steve Geffrard will likely win a decision due to being in his prime and still having a will to win while Grachev just wants to survive at this point. It’s good too see that Geffrard is back to being active after not fighting since 2018 and hopefully we see him in the mix at Light Heavyweight.

Jeremiah Milton vs Zachary Calmus breakdown

This is a real solid fight between two former USA heavyweight amateurs who are just starting their pro careers. Jeremiah Milton is 2-0 with two knockouts and has looked good as a pro so far after a good amateur career. Zachary Calmus is 1-0 with one knockout and while he had a decent amateur career he did lose quite a few fights compared to Milton. He also directly lost to Milton in the amateurs.

Jeremiah Milton was a good amateur and has decent fundamentals which he sticks too. He’s calm in the ring and is someone I see as being more of a boxer as a pro rather than a fighter and in my opinion is unlikely to show one punch power at a high level. He has nice uppercuts and works to the body well which is how he won his last fight after his opponent kept taking his punches to the head. I do think he sometimes forgets about head movement and holds his hands in weird positions but overall hes a prospect to watch out for as he has potential.

Zachary Calmus is a strong guy who clearly has some power if he can hit you. From footage I’ve watched hes quite stiff and isn’t great fundamentally compared to Milton. He does have experience in the amateurs though he wasn’t as successful as Milton. I can’t find the fight but it’s recorded that he lost to Milton in the amateurs due to the referee stopping the fight however i’m not sure if it was an injury or an actual stoppage.

Zachary Calmus

I think Jeremiah Milton will win this fight by stoppage due to being better fundamentally and also being a lot more fluid when he boxes. He should be able too see just about everything Calmus throws coming. I expect the stoppage will likely come from a body shot or a well timed uppercut.
