This is an excellent test for Ford who is a fighter i’m relatively high on. He’s 8-0 and in his recent fights seems to be really adapting to the pro game well. He’s shown power, speed and a willingness to try and end fights early which is what you want too see.
Aaron Perez is a good fighter who’s 10-0 but isn’t quite as technically good or as fast as Ford is. I think he can put up a good effort and does have a chance at causing the upset due to his amateur background where he was fairly successful.
I think Raymond Ford will win a decision after eight rounds due to being quicker and having the better technical skills.
