This is a bit of a tune up fight for Ward who recently lost while competing in the MTK Golden contract Light heavyweight tournament. He’s since moved up to Cruiserweight and this is his first fight in his new weight class. Jone Volau started his career off well but in recent years has been stopped by multiple people at domestic level.
I think with the career trajectory of both that Ward will win though i’m not sure if he’ll win by decision or KO. If it’s 6 rounds and Volau’s punch resistance isn’t completely gone I think he’ll be able to last until the final bell.
