This is a great step up fight for Vidal and a good opportunity for Aleem who desperately needs a big win to revitalize his career. Vidal is 12-0 with 11 knockouts and is a big puncher as his record suggests. Aleem is a decent puncher himself but isn’t quite as much of a power puncher in my opinion. Vidal can also box well but his main focus is knocking people out.
I think Vidal will likely overwhelm Aleem early due to his power and Aleem’s long lay off from the ring. I’ve seen Aleem stopped by a lesser puncher and coming into the ring rusty isn’t advisable versus fighters who can really punch.
